Therapies

Most therapies are provided on an individual basis and can be tailored to meet your individual needs and preferences.

Psychotherapy

Different and flexible psychotherapy approaches will support you in exploring your feelings and emotions.  Your therapist will listen without judgement, allowing you to feel heard and understood.  You will find different ways to see the world and tell your story in your own time.

Support Groups

Counselling provides the opportunity to talk through your difficulties.  Your therapist will provide a safe and confidential space to help you to describe the problems you are experiencing in your life and find ways to manage these.

This yoga practice uses principles of Hatha yoga.  You will perform asanas (poses) at a slower pace to allow you to be mindful of your breath and bodily experiences.  By following your movements with curiosity you may notice habitual tendencies and areas of ease and/or areas of resistance.

Dance Rehearsal

These inclusive dance classes are aimed towards experiencing the enjoyment of free movement.  Classes provide some technique and opportunities to be creative while developing your own unique and preferred way of moving.

Foot Massage

Skilled touch is used to create a balance between energy within the body and the structure of the body; this encourages the body's natural healing abilities.  The Zero Balancing technique integrates western understandings of the body with eastern insights into energy.  It allows you to experience deep relaxation and overall wellbeing.
