Mindful Yoga
Based on Hatha yoga practice, this yoga class supports the body through natural movement. Rather than working systematically through the asanas (poses) you will be encouraged to explore the transitions towards each asana. By starting at your own level, you can explore through curiosity. This will allow you to develop a greater understanding of your body and how it responds to movement while challenging habitual patterns that no longer support you.

Dance 4 Fun
These dance sessions will allow you to explore different genres of dance. There will be opportunities to learn new techniques and to explore creative approaches. Ultimately these sessions are all about having fun and discovering styles of dance that you most enjoy!
