Energy Psychotherapy

What is Energy Psychotherapy?

Energy psychotherapy is an integrative therapeutic approach that combines traditional psychological techniques with concepts from energy medicine and holistic health. It focuses on the idea that emotional and psychological issues can disrupt the body's energy flow, leading to physical and mental health problems.

Various modalities, such as mindfulness, tapping (EFT), and visualization, are used to help you identify and rewire negative thought patterns and emotional blockages, promoting healing and emotional balance.

This type of therapy seeks to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit, fostering a greater sense of well-being.

Group Energy Healing sessions

Incorporating Eastern and Western psychology and healing practices we engage the energetic field of your body to promote healing and wellness.  By using gentle methods (such as tapping into the body’s meridians and chakras) we can help clear emotional and energetic residues of trauma to facilitate healing at a deep level and restore balance in your body.
