Movement Psychotherapy

What does Movement Psychotherapy involve?

No special skills or movement experience are needed.

What does Energy Psychology involve?
Energy Psychology combines traditional psychological practices with techniques that work with the body’s energy systems. Using gentle methods like tapping (EFT), breathwork, or guided visualisation, it supports emotional release and balance.

Sessions are tailored to each person and are suitable for adults, young people, and children. It can be helpful for those experiencing trauma, anxiety, phobias, low self-esteem, or stress-related symptoms.
